These two shots were taken the same night as yesterday’s shot of Union Station. Standing at the SE corner of Jackson and Canal, the roof tops of the train sheds for the tracks that lie below are only a few feet above the sidewalk. And through cut outs (remnants of the steam engine days I would guess), you can see the tracks and platforms below. I took about a dozen shots of the train shed roofs, of which these are the two best. The top one has the reflection of the lone greenish light inside the shuttered post office building across the sreet shining in a puddle on the roof. The second shot lowers down and cuts out the surrounding street, yet retains a streak of green from that post office light.
