Sitting on a bench at 1 S. Dearborn this past week waiting, while my realtor was showing my apartment, I found myself watching these two go about their business of courtship. I am not generally a fan of pigeons (like rats with wings), but I could see the affection between these two, and my interest was held. I don’t think hers was, she flew off alone after ten minutes.
As a side note. I see that I have only received one comment in the past ten days. I don’t think it is because I have posted bad images, so I am not sure what the deal is. I do know that I have been having many issues with comment spam lately. Akismet, my spam filter which up until very recently had done an amazing job of blocking my comment spam has let me down. I installed a “captcha” system last week, only to get feedback that it was a pain to use, so I got rid of it. The spam came back, and yesterday, I installed a different version of “captcha” which requires you to enter the answer to a simple question. I hope this resolves the problem. The fun part is that I get to write the questions.
