I am far from the first person to photograph the dinosaurs along the Roosevelt Road viaduct (check out the list of others on my Flickr), but I think my shot ranks among the better ones. The dinosaurs are among other sculptures along Roosevelt (including globes with dolphins swimming atop, and a gyroscope(?), all of them stacked upon books of lernin’. Completed in 1999 1995 (DLK Architecture), the rebuilt Roosevelt Road viaduct between State St and the River has (I am happy to say) held up quite well.
