Last week, I had so many random shots from the previous weekend; I needed to do a separate post on Wednesday. Well a similar situation applies this week, so here is the spillover randomness from the weekend. In the first shot I caught a moment when the sunlight was reflecting off of the vertical supports for the Inland Steel Building. Next, another shot pointed out to me, the glow of the light on the underside of the “L” along Van Buren. This remnant along Clark would be my first stop for custom jewelry and VCRs. Construction has begun on my new home, this will be part of my view, only from a higher floor. These fire escape stairs on E 11th, near S. Wabash, are really blue when seen against the very beige brick in the background.
