Those who are close to me have come to accept (or not) that while walking with me, I will often without warning, raise the camera and take a single snapshot on the fly. This is one of those shots. Taken from the steps of the Art Institute after seeing the Vollard Exhibit (a must see) a couple of weeks ago, I didn’t even notice it until yesterday when I was reviewing recent shots. Its not that this is a great shot, but there is a quality of light that is really interesting. Interesting enough that I thought it deserved to be posted.
