Earlier this week I spent a few days in a work related training class held at the Gleacher Center (site too flashy). I didn’t take my camera the first day because there wasn’t enough room in my bag, but after seeing the views of the river, I made room on my second day of class.
OK, so this isn’t one of my better shots, but this view straight down N Stetson Ave is one that I haven’t seen before.
The Columbus Drive Bridge looks almost graceful in it’s simplicity here.
A tighter shot of the first image, focused on the Michigan Avenue Bridge. The Trump has now surpassed the size of the old Sun Times Building, it is really beginning to take up some space.
Construction cranes for the Trump against the IBM. I have taken shots of cranes and their reflection from the ground, but was never happy with the results. Regretfully, I never got back to take more before the Trump grew to the point that the angle no longer exists.
